We are all Asians that share the similar sets of identity. We understand your needs and situations because we all live in Asia. Let's get together and make collective voices to promote the authentic ecotourism that is catered to our region.
Asia is home to one of the biggest ecotourism destinations. While we identify and praise the 'top-runners' of the industry, we will endeavor to bottom-up the industry not just limited to conserve the environment but also to alleviate poverty, empower communities, educate the youngs, pass on the wisdom of our ancestors, revitalize local economy until smiles are shared upon us all.
Membership and Partnership category and annual fee - we prefer THB to USD to minimize transaction fees - AEN is a not-for-profit business trade association

*The annual fees are listed in USD, however if you can make the payment in THB with the current exchange rate, it works more favorable for us. Please check with AEN office if you decide to send your membership fee in THB.
*Some developing countries are eligible to join AEN at the discounted fee. According to the World Bank List of Economies, developing countries are low and middle income economies. Please scroll to the bottom of the page for the list of eligible countries.
**For any members wanting to join AEN, AEN has the right to accept or deny the request. AEN will not accept members working or promoting the unsustainable lifestyle, tourism, etc. that do not accord the aims and goals of AEN. According to the Thailand laws, AEN can only have the business membership while others are considered partners that support the mission of AEN.
***Note for credit card payment. We will charge 5% transaction fee on top of the membership fees.
Student Partner - FREE
Benefits: listed (only texts) in our annual membership directory and get invitation to participate at AEN members' events, receive internship and mentorship information, job posting, access to pertinent research abstracts, newsletter. Professional Partner - THB 3,500
For consultant, architect, marketing expert, community, etc.
Benefits: listed (only texts) in our annual membership directory and get invitation to participate at AEN members' events, newsletter, receive professional advices, opportunity to participate in AEN and other ecotourism projects
Government/Institutional Partner - THB 9,000
For any government agency (local, regional/ state/province, national), Universities and technical colleges, tourism commission, association, DMO, etc.
Benefits: list a member logo and texts on the membership directory, unlimited postage on Facebook page as long as they meet the guidelines, and get invitation to participate any AEN members' events, newsletter, opportunity to promote at AEN events, discount on functions
NGO’s and Civil Society Partner - FOC or THB 3,500
For Tourism, Conservation, Landcare, Community tourism Not-for-profit Organiztions, etc - FOC based on a reciprocal membership or partnership arrangement.
Benefits: list a member logo and texts on the membership directory, unlimited postage on Facebook page as long as they meet the guidelines, and get invitation to participate any AEN members' events, newsletter, opportunity to promote at AEN events, discount on functions. Organize GSTC training and ecotourism training at a discounted rate.
Business Member - THB 7,000
Benefits: B2B opportunities like participation to travel marts, list a logo and texts on the membership directory, unlimited postage on Facebook page as long as you meet the guidelines, invitation to participate at AEN members' events. This is the only 'MEMBER' category while others are partners.
